The Cenote Route

Puerto Morelos is a quiet town between Cancún and Playa del Carmen. Its draw for adventure travelers is the Cenote Route — a 15 km jungle road connecting several cenotes, adventure parks and private swimming holes.

Unlike the cenotes of Tulum or Homún, Puerto Morelos cenotes combine crystal-clear water with adrenaline activities — zip-lines, ATVs and adventure structures integrated into the jungle.
