What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: full refund. For last-minute cancellations, contact us by WhatsApp as early as possible.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather conditions prevent safe catamaran operation, the tour is rescheduled at no extra cost. Passenger safety is always the priority. You'll be notified in advance.
Are there parasailing restrictions?
Yes. Parasailing requires a minimum weight of 40 kg and maximum of 120 kg per person. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Ask us when booking if you have concerns.
What time does the catamaran depart?
Two schedules available: 9:30 AM (returns at 5:30 PM) and 11:30 AM (returns at 7:00 PM). Let us know your preference when booking.

Is the guide bilingual?

What does all-inclusive mean?

Where does the catamaran depart from?
Playa Langosta, Hotel Zone, Cancún. Two schedules: 9:30 AM (returns 5:30 PM) or 11:30 AM (returns 7 PM).
